Easter!

We had a great Easter. We woke up early so we could go over to Cindy's house for an Easter egg hunt. Before we went over there, Mason got his Easter basket full of goodies. Which consisted of 3 new trucks (of course his favorite), a coloring book and crayons, and bubbles! Then Cindy made ham, potatoes, and deviled eggs for dinner. The pictures posted in backwards order, but you get the idea.

There were quite a few broken eggs...Mason would pick a color and then throw the eggs into the bowl!

Our naturally dyed Easter eggs using carrots, beets, red cabbage, and yellow onion. They were also the eggs from Cindy's chickens!

Mason needed a lift for the hard to reach jelly beans.

The jelly beans didn't quite make it into Mason's basket. They went straight in his mouth!

He made Max open the trucks right away!

Park & Farm

Last Sunday we went with Cindy and her family to a historical park and farm (I forget the name of it). It was so much fun and the weather was perfect! There were all kinds of farm animals for Mason and Alice to look at and antique tractors all over the place. Mason, of course, only had eyes for the tractors!

Mason would not look at the camera...until I put my sunglasses on him!

Mason's favorite part of the day!

Mason and Alice were loving the pigs!

Baby lambs

He climbed right up, but then he couldn't get down!

Alice's House

We play with Alice on a daily basis. She has really fun outdoor toys that we are just now getting to enjoy. These are his two favorites: the roller coaster and the big truck.

Spring is Here!

It was a beautiful day today here in Utah, so we took full advantage of it! Alice (sister Cindy's daughter) came over to play with Mason, so we took a walk to the park ("gock" to Mason). They really get along great, for the most part. When Mason first met Alice, he was scared of her. But they are used to each other now.

Taking turns on the slide.

Alice sneaked up on Mason and freaked him out.

This terrifies me! Mason just learned how to do this and there's just no stopping him.

There he goes!

Enjoying the nice weather together!

Disneyland...Again!

David got us into Disneyland yet again. Mason had a lot more fun this time around. He really loved driving the car on Autopia and of course the trains and boats.

Buzz Lightyear: after this ride Mason kept making the gun noise and he's been doing it ever since!

He really did not want a hat!

He's too busy driving to look at the camera.

The Monorail: Mason kept saying choo-choo!

Discovery Museum

We also went to the Children's Discovery Museum in Monterey. This place was really fun and had lots of things for the kids to do.

The only picture I could get of all of the kids.

Miniature golfing!

Riding the waves with Pirate Thaddeus!

Alice, Mason, and Violet

Tech Museum

Before we moved, Cindy came out for a visit. We took the kids to the tech museum in San Jose. They all had fun checking out all the exhibits and running around.

Of course, Mason loved this motorcycle.

Keeping their distance from each other.

Mason really wanted to get inside this electric car!
