Disneyland!

My cousin Katie was able to get us into Disneyland for free, so we jumped at the chance to go! We went with Katie and her daughter Savanna and my other Cousin Jenn and her baby Brayden (who is a day younger than Archie). It was a little bit difficult without Max there, but we still had fun. We stayed all day and went on almost all the rides and watched the Pixar Parade. Mason had so much fun, but Archie was a little freaked out. Any time we were on a ride, when it would get dark, Archie would try to climb out! It was a great day! Thanks Katie!

Mason's favorite ride, Small World. He sang along with it the whole time.

We went on the ride three times!

The highlight of Mason's day: seeing Mater and Lightning McQueen.

Mason's 3rd Birthday!

Mason turned 3 on May 10th. I can't believe he's 3 already! (I can still remember the day he was born, with perfect clarity...whether I want to or not). On the Friday before his birthday we had a party at the park with his friends. They got to hit a pinata full of goodies (though Max had to smash it open for them), eat cupcakes, and run around together. Mason loved it and keeps asking for another party. On his actual birthday, we woke early (as usual) and Mason got to open all of his presents. Then, after lunch, we had more cupcakes! I love this boy and it is so fun to watch him grow up!

Concentrating...

Forget the presents, Archie just wanted the packaging!

3 Candles

It actually took him three tries to blow them all out.

Mother's Day

We spent Mother's Day at LegoLand. I know, that is so not something for me, but Mason was begging to go and I just couldn't say no. :) But, the night before, Max surprised me by taking me to Ikea and letting me pick out a bed. I have been wanting one since we got married. Before we just had a mattress and box spring on the floor. So, I was pretty excited about it! Anyways, after LegoLand we went to dinner and then to Target (the highlight of my day!). It was a fun Mother's Day and I loved spending the day with my wonderful husband and children!

I would have much rather been in the real NYC, but I'll take what I can get!

Eating wears him out!

I love that face!
